Departure Checklist

 

Before leaving the house, please check the following points:

☐ Dishes put away and dishwasher emptied
☐ Rubbish placed in the designated bins

☐ Barbecue emptied (for safety reasons, do not place ashes in the rubbish bin; use the metal bucket provided for this purpose)
☐ Windows and doors closed

☐ Shutters of the downstairs bedroom closed
☐ Lights and appliances switched off
☐ Keys returned according to the indicated procedure

☐ Litter or cigarette butts collected

☐ Parasols and other outdoor furniture returned to their original positions

☐ Books returned to the bookshelves

☐ Gate closed

 

End-of-stay cleaning is included and carried out by our service provider; however, this service covers standard cleaning only. If the property requires deep cleaning (stain removal from carpets or furniture, extensive cleaning and tidying of kitchen equipment, etc.), an additional charge may be applied, as agreed in the house rules.

 

Linen & equipment

Please leave bed linen in place and gather towels in the bathrooms or in the laundry room.
No specific handling is required.
